Bugfender is a log storage service for application developers. Bugfender collects everything happening in the application, even if it doesn’t crash, so that developers can reproduce and resolve bugs more effectively and provide better customer support.
In order to use Bugfender, you need to have a Bugfender account and an application key. This article shows you how to do do each step.
If you do not have an account yet, first step is to sign up for a Bugfender account. Go to our Sign up page and fill in your details. The process takes less than 1 minute.
Once you have an account ready, you will need to select the type of application you are working on. There you will get specific instructions for your language and development environment.
After installing the SDK, run your application. Bugfender will remain "waiting for logs" until the first logs get to our server. If you can not get this working, check our Troubleshooting section.
Use BFLog or logcat to log in your application. Optionally, you may want to a logging library or framework for a more fire-grained control over your logs.
